HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1976-8334RESOLUTION N0.8334 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY BY GRAPdT DEED AND A TEI~iPORARY ACCESS EASEMENT TO LEAH SHAPOV AND, IN EXCHANGE, ACCEPTIidG A GRANT DEED FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM LEAH 5HAPOV The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that the grant of real property made by a grant deed executed by Leah Shapov, in a form exhibited as Exhibit "1", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated, upon signature by Leah Shapov, is hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista as granting the interests in real property set forth in Exhibit "1". BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the grant of a temporary access easement executed by the T~ayor of the City of Chula Vista on behalf of said City, in a form exhibited as Exhibit "2", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated, upon signature by the Mayor, is approved by the City of Chula Vista as granting the interests in real property set forth in Exhibit "2". BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the grant of real property made by a grant deed executed by the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista on behalf of said City, in a form exhibited as Exhibit "3", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated, upon signature by the P-4ayor, is approved by the City of Chula Vista as granting the interests in real property set forth in Exhibit "3".
