FOR STREET TREE PURPOSES The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain grant of easement for street tree purposes executed by Foodmaker, Inc. dated the 3rd day of September , 1 76 a copy o w ich is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista for street tree purposes.
