RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA ELECTING TO PROCEED UNDER SECTION 10.28.160 OF
THE CHULA VISTA MUNICIPAL CODE DECLARING THE INTENTION
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA TO
IMPOSE RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE MOVEMENT
OF VEHICLES AS CONTAINED IN THE TRAFFIC CODE OF THE
CITY OF CHULA VISTA AND THE CALIFORNIA VEHICLE CODE
ON PRIVATE STREETS AND PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN THAT
CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS ROBINHOOD POINT
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Chula Vista has
been requested by the engineer of work for Robinhood Point Subdi-
vision, acting on behalf of the subdivider, Robinhood Homes, Inc.,
for which a tentative map has heretofore been approved by Resolution
No. 8146, adopted by the City Council on the 4th day of May, 1976,
to impose rules and regulations governing the movement of vehicles
as contained in the Traffic Code of the City of Chula Vista and the
California Vehicle Code upon said streets and parking areas of said
subdivision pursuant to the provisions of Section 10.28.160 of the
Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is the intention
of the City Council of the City of Chula Vista to impose rules and
regulations governing the movement of vehicles as contained in the
Traffic Code of the City of Chula Vista and the California Vehicle
Code upon the streets and parking areas in that certain subdivision
known as Robinhood Point Subdivision, more particularly described
as:
A portion of the southwest Quarter of Fractional
Section 18 Township 18 South, Range 1 West San
Bernardino Base and Meridian in the County of
San Diego, State of California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Chula Vista hereby elects to proceed under the provisions of Section
10.28.160 in imposing said rules and regulations and hereby fixes the
hour of 7:00 p.m., the 5th day of October, 1976 in the Council Chambers
of City Hall, 276 Fourth Avenue, Chula Vista, California, as the time
and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to esta-
blishing such rules and regulations.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of
Chula Vista be, and she is hereby directed to cause a copy of this
resolution to be published once in the Chula Vista Star News, a
newspaper of general circulation published within the City of Chula
Vista .
