RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING DRAINAGE EASEMENTS ALONG
THE SOUTH SIDE OF CHULA VISTA JUNIOR HIGH
SCHOOL PROPERTY
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Chula Vista that those certain grants of easement for
drainage along the south side of Chula Vista Junior High School
property executed by Sweetwater Union High School District of San
Diego County and Scripps Memorial Hospital, copies of which are
attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof as
though fully set forth herein, be and the same are hereby
accepted by the City of Chula Vista.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City
of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to
record said the easement from Scripps Memorial Hospital in the
office of the San Diego County Recorder.

Being a portion of lO ac~e Lot 15 in Quarter Section 148 of Chula Vista, County of San
Oiego, State of California according to Map 505, filed in the office of the County
~ecorder of San Diego County March i3, 1888, excepting therefrom the easterly 290 feet
-thereof, and more particularly described as

San Diego County by that Grant Deed recorded on November 30, 1955 in Book
