Home My WebLink AboutReso 1976-8171Form No, . 3.2 2 Rev. 8-67 RESOLUTION NO ~ 8171 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEP'T:1NG GRANT DEED TO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES AND GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR STREET TREE PURPOSES FROM LOUIS GUILLEMETTE The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain grant of real property, made by grant deed executed by Louis Guillemette dated the 5th day of May , 1976 , to the CITY OF CHULA VISTA, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista as a grant in fee for street purposes. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that that certain grant of easement for street tree purposes executed by Louis Guillemette dated the 4th day of May, 1976, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista for street tree purposes. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to record said documents in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
