Vehicle Code ~§22511.? and 22511.8 permit the City to designate

it must be indicated by blue paint on the curb or by signs or other

Iri tiie. case of an oif-street parking facility, the designation must

other parking space without any time limitations and without paying
any fee in metered zones. (22511.5).
The City may cause the removal of any car in a handicapped space

is posted im~rlediately adjacent to, and visible from, such space a
sign which clearly and conspicuously states the following:
"Unauthorized vehicles not displaying distinguishing
license plates to physically handicapped persons caill
