RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
ACCEP`I'TNG GRANT DEED TO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM
UNITED ENTERPRISES, INC. FOR STREET PURPOSES
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE„ BE IT RESOLVED that that certain grant of
real property, made by grant deed executed by UNITED ENTERPRISES, INC.
dated the 20th day of April , 1977 , to the CTTY OF
CHULA VISTA, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference
made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and
the same is hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista as a grant in
fee.

La Nacion, in the County of San Diego, STate of California, according to Map
thereof No. 166 filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
on May lI, 1869, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of Buena Vista Way, with the Northerly line of
Telegraph Canyon Road delineated on E1 Rancho Del Rey IInit No. 1, according to
Map thereof No. 7396, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, August 9, 1972, being also a point on the arc of that 2030.00 foot
radius curve concave Southeasterly in the Northwesterly boundary of County Road
Survey No. 108b-65, as described in Parcel 66141-A in Deed to the County of San
Diego, recorded April 18, 1967 as File No. 53304; thence South 42°56'49" East
radial to said curve 60.00 feet to the Southerly boundary of said Road Survey No.
1086-65, being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along the Southerly boundary
of said Road Survey, and along the arc of a 1970.00 foot radius curve concave
Southeasterly through a central angle of 3°40'53" a distance of 126.58 feet;
thence continuing along said Southerly boundary, and tangent to said curve North
