Home My WebLink AboutReso 1977-8488RESOLUTION NO. 8488 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE TO THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA OF EXCESS RIGHT OF WAY FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the State of California and the City of Chula Vista have previously entered into a freeway right of way agreement no. 11-8107, and WHEREAS, said agreement provides that the State of Cali- fornia shall relinquish excess right of way to the City of Chula Vista to assist in the realignment of Brisbane Avenue, and WHEREAS, the acceptance of the properties deeded to the City of Chula Vista pursuant to Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated hereby by reference as if set forth in full, is required to allow the City to exchange said parcel for parcels yet to be ac- quired in the realignment project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby accept the grant of real property more specifically described in Exhibit "A", previously incorporated by reference. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby directed to record said deed of conveyance in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
