'FOR MEETIN~•OF:4/20/7 6 ITEM TITLE: RESOLUTION#8129 Approving Subdivision Improvement Agreement for South Bay Villas Subdivision SUBMITTED BY~ Director of Public Works/City Engineer ITEM EXPLANATION The Final Map for South Bay Villas Subdivision is being submitted to the City Council at this meeting for approval. J. R. and Deborah Shattuck have paid all required fees, posted all necessary bonds, and have executed the Subdivision Tmpzovement Agree- ment which contains no unusual conditions. The agreement and surety bonds in the amount of $212,500 each for Faithful Performance and for Material and Labor guarantee the in- stallation of the public improvements within the South Bay Villas Subdivision. Shattuck, President of Shattuck Construction Company, that South BaY Villas sub-diviaian has been sold. The new sub- divider w 11 be placing their own bonds. Since these bonds are no longer needed, would you return the original bonds that were filed with you to our company. Upon receipt of the bonds, we will cancel accordingly.
