ITEM EXPLANATION
On January 6, 1977, Don E. Pdorman and Glenn and Bettye Ashwill, owners
of land shown on tentative parcel map No. 11-75, granted to the City of
Chula Vista a grant deed for one (1) foot control lot "A" at the
northerly terminus of Ridgeback Road. This one foot control lot, a con-
dition of approval for PM 11-75, is necessary to control access and
adjacent development easterly of Ridgeback Road.
