Please keep in mind that these plans, particularly those concerning new construction, are estimates based upon our present visibility. Therefore, the growth policy of your council and the health of the housing industry will be the main forces deciding how much new construction we actually do in the coming years. NE4V CONSTRUCTION: Our current estimates anticipate about 2,500 new housing units being constructed in Chula Vista. Based upon our experience we estimate it will cost about $350,000 to extend cable television service to the approximately 1500 residents who will want service. In any event, the rebuild of our plant in Chula Vista will be substantially complete by late 1979, and the total cost will approximate $900,000. service of Cox Cable Communications, Inc r .~ ~ ' ,~ t Mayor Hyde - Page Two The cost of providing converters to the more than 11,500 subscribers involved in new construction and rebuild will be about $690,000.
