RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING CONTRACT WORK, CONCRETE
SLAB REPAIRS AND REFINISHING OF WOOD FLOOR AT
PARKWAY GYM
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of the City of Chula
Vista has heretofore been notified that the contract work for the
concrete slab repairs and refinishing of wood floor at Parkway
Gym has been completed in accordance with that certain contract
agreement dated November 3, 1987, by and between the City of
Chula Vista and contractor, Clough Flooring Company, and
WHEREAS, on the 31st day of May, 1988, a final
walk-through was made and all of the public improvements in the
project have been completed to the satisfaction of the Building
Maintenance Superintendent and the Director of Parks and
Recreation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Chula Vista that said improvements be, and they are
hereby approved and accepted by said City, based upon the
Eecommendations of the Building Maintenance Superintendent and
the Director of Parks and Recreation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution
to the contractor, Clough Flooring Company.
