On April 1,_1977, David M. and Jerelyn A. Bounds owners of the property
at 209 Garrett Avenue applied for a deferral to construct concrete alley.
improvements at the rear of the property. The construction of perman-
ent alley improvements is required as a condition of issuing a building
permit in accordance with Section 12.24.040 of the Chula. Vista Municipal
Code.
The City Planning Commission on April 20, 1977 approved Mr. Bound's
request for the deferral of the alley improvements at 209 Garrett Avenue
One of the conditions of the deferral is that the property owners
guarantee the future installation of the alley improvements upon receipt
of written notice by the City. David M. and Jerelyn A. Bounds have
requested that the future installation of the permanent alley improvements
be guaranteed by a lien agreement.. They have executed the agreement which
is for a sum of $1,300 to guarantee the future installation of the improve-
ments.
The Bounds have been notified that the City Council will consider approval
of the lien agreement at the Council Meeting of June 14, 1977.
