ITEM TITLE Resolution - Accepting bids and awarding contract for play-
ground structure

Bids were requested for a wood playground structure for installation at Rohr Park. Bids
were received and opened at 3:00 p.m, on May 31, 1977 in the office of the Purchasing
Agent. Six vendors were mailed proposal forms.
Gametime and R. G. Detmers & Associates replied with a no bid. Miracle/Jamison submitted
the only bid on their Mark IV Image City with Tornado slide playground structure. This
structure is acceptable to the Parks and Recreation Director. Purchase price is $13,618,
plus $817.08 sales tax for a total of $14,435.08
