SUBMITTED BY Director of Public Works/City Engineer ~~~'V ITEM EXPLANATION (4/5TH'S VOTE REQUIRED YES_ NO x ) The Carver Corporation has completed the construction of the subject project awarded by City Council Resolution 8638 on May 24, 1977. The Contract is dated June 28, 1977. A final inspection was made on September 15, 1977 and all work was found to be completed in accordance with Contract Documents and to the satis- faction of the Director of Public Works. This project consisted of constructing a storm drain in Broadway southerly of "J" Street to intercept runoff within the "J" Street basin lying between Fifth Avenue and Broadway and between "J" and "K" Streets.
