ACCEPTING

OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM HENRY F. AND AGNES L.
PURPOSES
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain grant of
easement for street purposes
executed by Henr F. and A nes L. Jahn
dated the 14th day of September , 1977 , a copy o w ich
is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same
as though fully set. forth. herein be, and the same is hereby accepted
by the City of Chula Vista for street purposes
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of
Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to record
the document in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.

State of California, the right of way and incidents thereto for a public
street upon, over and across that certain real property in the City of
Chula Vista, County of San Diego, State of California, described as
follows:

The Grantor liereb~~ further grants to the City of Chula Vista the privilege
and right to extend drainage structures and excavation and embankment slopes
beyond the limits of the herein described right-of-way where required for
the construction and maintenance of said public street. RESERVING unto
grantor of the above described parcel of land, his successors or assigns,
the right to eliminate such slopes and/or drainage structures or portions
thereof, when in the written opinion of the City Engineer of Grantee, the
necessity therefore is removed by substituting other protection, support
and/or drainage facility, provided such substitution is first approved in
writing by said City Engineer.
The Grantor hereby further grants to Grantee all trees, growths (growing
or that may hereafter grow),_and road building materials within said
right-of-way, including the right to take water, together with the right
to use the same in such manner and at such locations as said Grantee may
deem proper, needful or necessary, in the construction, reconstruction,
improvement or maintenance of said public street.
The Grantor, for himself, his successors and assigns, hereby waives any
claim for any and all damages to Grantor's remaining property contiguous
to the right-of-way hereby conveyed by reason of the location, construction,
landscaping or maintenance of said public street

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A dedication to the City of Chula Vista for street purposes over
portions of Lot 1 of El Rancho Villas according to Map No. 2376
as filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County
February 11, 1947 and over portion of Lot 38 of Rosebank according
to Map No. 1304, as filed in the Office of the County Recorder of
San Diego County January 18, 1911, all in the City of Chula Vista
County of San Diego, State of California being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of
Quarter Section 125 in the City of Chula Vista according to said
Map 1304; thence along the Northerly line of said Southwest Quarter,
North 71°15'30" East 519.70 feet (North 71°12'East 518.59 feet per
Map 2376 and North 71°12' East 519.57 feet per Record of Survey
No. 1931 as filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said
San Diego County August 25, 1948) to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence retracing along said Northerly line of the Southwest Quar-
ter, South 71°15'30" West (South 71°12' West per ROS 1931, Map 1304
and Parcel Map No. ?_3 as filed in the Office of the County Recorder
of said San Diego County February 6, 1967) 43.03 feet; thence North
18°45'44" West 51.92 feet (North 18°18' West 51.55 feet per Map
