Home My WebLink AboutReso 1977-8803 Form No. 320 Rev. 1-72 RESOLUTION NOS 8803 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM LANCE AND VIRGINIA JOHNSON FOR SEWER PURPOSES The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain grant of easement for sewer purposes executed by Lance and Vir inia Johnson dated the 18th day of August 19'7 a copy o w ich is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista for sewer purposes BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City C.1erk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to record the document in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
