On February 15, 1983, the Chula Vista City Council will hold a public hearing
on the formation of a proposed underground conversion district along "L"
Street from Colorado Avenue to Broadway. Attached is a copy of the Public
Hearing Notice and a plat showing the proposed underground conversion district

of the District. At this hearing all persons interested on this matter will
be given an opportunity to be heard. You are welcome to attend the meeting
