EEREBOUT FOR STREET TREE PURPOSES The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that those certain grants of easement for street tree purposes executed by Robert J. Eerebout, dated the 26th day of July, 1977 copies of which are attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same are hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista for street tree purposes.
