MAYOR'S REPORTS SANDAG Policy Board Meeting - April 8, 2011 - SR 125 Closed Session On April 8, 2011, SANDAG's Board of Directors directed SANDAG staff to engage in good faith negotiations and to make an offer to purchase certain assets related to the operation of State Route 125, currently leased and operated by South Bay Expressway LP, upon such terms as approved by the Board in closed session and contingent upon final Board of Directors approval in a public meeting concerning financing options. 14.
