HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1977-8691RESOLUTION NO. 8691 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHl1LA VISTA APPROVING AND ADOPTING UP~IFORM BUILDING VALUATIONS The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Resolution No. 5656 endorsing the principle of uniform standards for building regulations throughout San Diego County, and WHEREAS, the existing building valuations approved July 1, 1975 and set forth in City Council Resolution No. 7749 are not uniform with the valuations proposed by the San Diego Area Chapter of the International Conference of Building Officials. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that Resolution No. 7749 be, and the same is hereby rescinded. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby approve and adopt the Schedule of Average Building Valuations, marked Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full.
