Home My WebLink AboutReso 1977-8554a- RESOLUTION N0. 8554 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING EASEMENT FOR STREET PURPOSES AND NAMING AS GLOVER AVENUE, AND ACCEPTING EASEMENT FOR STREET TREE PURPOSES FROM THE GARRETT GROUP, A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that those certain grants of easement for street and street tree purposes executed by the Garrett Group, a limited partnership, copies of which are attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same are hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista for street and street tree purposes. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easement for street purposes is hereby named and dedicated as GLOVER AVENUE. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to record these documents in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
