Bids were received and opened at 11:00 a.m. on June 3,-1977, in the office of the
Purchasing Agent for furnishing Screenings (Stone Chips) to the City for the period
July 1, 1977 through December 31, 1977.
An estimated 3,700 tons of Screenings will be ordered delivered to the City Yard.
Six (6) vendors were mailed bidding documents. Two (2) vendors submitted bids with
the following results:
