Y l J l h ' ' COUNCIL AGENDA STATEMENT ~ ' : ~ Item No. For meeting of 4-4-78 ITEM TITLE Resolution ~ v v Approving Final Map and Subdivision Improvement Agreement for Robinhood .Point, Unit No. 4 SUBMITTED BY Director of Public Works/City Engineer j~~j~~ ITEM EXPLANATION (4/5TH'S VOTE REQUIRED YES N0~) The Final Map for Robinhood Point, Unit No. 4 has been checked by the Engineering Division and found to be in conformity with the Tentative Map approved by ~~he City Council on May 4, 1976 by Resolution No. 8146. Robinhood Homes, Inc., a corporation, as owner and subdivider, has paid all fees and submitted all bonds and required documents. Approval of the Final Map includes the dedication of a portion of Sequoia Street, West Point Drive, Point Barrow Drive and Morro Point Drive. Also, the dedication of easements for storm drainage, sewer, street lights and street tree purposes. The attached agreements and surety bonds in the amount of $280,000 guarantee the installation of the public improvements within Robinhood Point, Unit No. 4 Subdivision. The work will be performed in accord- ance with approved plans on file in the office of the City Engineer. A transparency is available for Council viewing.
