RESOLUTION NO. 8928 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AND SAN DIEGO TRANSIT CORP. FOR PROVISION OF INTERCITY BUS SERVICE DURING FISCAL YEAR 1977-78 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain First Amendment to the Agreement between THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, a municipal corporation, and SAN DIEGO TRANSIT CORP. for provision of intercity bus service during Fiscal Year 1977-78, dated the 13th day of December , 1977 , a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute said amendment to agreement for and on behalf of the City of Chula Vista. DATED City Clerk F I R S T A M E N D M E N T FY 78 AGREEMENT CITY OF CHULA VISTA This amendment replaces Exhibit "A" dated July 1, 1977 which was included in the original agreement as approved by Council action on June 14, 1977, resolution 8665. As a result of the final approval of San Diego Transit Corporation's budget the multipliers appearing in this amended Exhibit "A" are as follows; 1. Gross cost per mile $2.032 2. Capital Expense per mile 0.014 3. Local Revenue Credit per passenger 0.263 4. Express Revenue Credit per passenger 0.383 5. Miscellaneous Income Credit per mile 0.015 6. Federal Operating Credit per mile (20%) 0.0837 7.
