RESOLUTION NO. 13962
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AND
GEORGE T. SIMPSON FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT
SERVICES FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE EAST CHULA
VISTA DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE FINANCING PLAN
AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Chula Vista that that certain first amendment to the
agreement between THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, a municipal
corporation, and GEORGE T. SIMPSON, for project management
services for the preparation Of the East Chula Vista Development
Impact Fee Financing Plan, dated the 14th day of January ,
1989, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein,
the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is
hereby approved. -~
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of $6t500 be, and
' he same is hereby appropriated from the Development Impact Fees.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of
Chula Vista be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to
execute said agreement for and on behalf' of the City of Chula
Vista.

TASK 12: PERMANENT DIF REPORT
Revise the Interim Eastern Area Development Impact Fees for Streets Report
(December 1987) to a permanent report using the Information generated in
SCHEDULE OF WORK
SECTION 2.
The amount of time to prepare and c~-f;plete the permanent street report is three to sLx
,nonms. All tasks listed above sh.~ be accomplished before November 1, 1989.
FEE FOR SERVlCES
SECTION 3.
Project MBnager shall be paid a fee based on a hourly rate of $90.00 per hour which
includes normal oft~e expenses. AI fees will be payable on a monthly bases upon an
