HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1989-13951 0689 RESOLUTION NO. 13951 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACKNOWLEDGING IRREVOCABLE OFFER TO DEDICATE REAL PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 86-25 EASTERLY OF MAXWELL ROAD The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that that certain Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Real Property made by Girard Financial Corporation, a California corporation, along the southerly boundary of Tentative Parcel Map 86-25 easterly of Maxwell Road, dated the 12th day of January, 1989, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference be, and the same is hereby acknowledged. ~ BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to record said Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Real Property in the office of the San Diego County Recorder. This irrevocable offer to dedicate real property is made in order to satisfy the conditions of the Tentative Parcel Map #86-25 approved by City of Chula Vista TPM #86-25 and is contingent upon the filing of the Final Parcel Map for said Tentative Parcel MaD #86-25 by August 10, 1989. It is the intention of the grantor and grantee that this document be recorded immediately prior to the filing of the Final Parcel Map with the County Recorder.
