RESOLUTION NO. 13951
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CHULA VISTA ACKNOWLEDGING IRREVOCABLE OFFER TO
DEDICATE REAL PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES
ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF TENTATIVE
PARCEL MAP 86-25 EASTERLY OF MAXWELL ROAD
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Chula Vista that that certain Irrevocable Offer to
Dedicate Real Property made by Girard Financial Corporation, a
California corporation, along the southerly boundary of Tentative
Parcel Map 86-25 easterly of Maxwell Road, dated the 12th day of
January, 1989, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference be, and the same is hereby acknowledged. ~
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City
of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to
record said Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Real Property in the
office of the San Diego County Recorder.

Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Real Property
GIRARD FINANCIAL CORPORATION, A California Corporation
hereinafter designated Grantor (s), represent that as the owner (s) of the hereinafter
described real property, and for a valuable consideration hereby make (s) an Irrevocable
Offer of Dedication contingent upon the filing of Final Parcel Map #86-25 of the
hereinafter described real property for the following public purpose:
PUBLIC STREET
The real property referred to above is situated in the City of Chula Vista, County of
San Diego, State of California, and is more particularly described as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF.
This irrevocable offer to dedicate real property is made in order to satisfy the
conditions of the Tentative Parcel Map #86-25 approved by City of Chula Vista
TPM #86-25 and is contingent upon the filing of the Final Parcel Map for said
Tentative Parcel MaD #86-25 by August 10, 1989. It is the intention of the grantor
and grantee that this document be recorded immediately prior to the filing of the
Final Parcel Map with the County Recorder.

This Offer of Dedication is made pursuant to Section 7050 of the Government Code of
the State of California and may be accepted at any time by the City Council of the
City of Chula Vista.
This Offer of Dedication may be terminated and the right to accept such offer abandoned
in the same manner as is prescribed for the vacation of streets or highways by Part 3
of Divison 9 or Chapter 2 of Division 2 of Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California, whichever is applicable. Such termination and abandonment may be made
by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista.
This Offer of Dedication shall be irrevocable and shall be binding on the Grantor(s),
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
