R.ESOLUTTON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA
ACCEP'I'~NG GRANT DEED TO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM
ROBINHOOD HOMES, INC. FOR ONE FOOT CONTROL LOT "TVd",
ROBINHOOD POINT N0. 4 SUBDIVISION
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE„ BE IT RESOLVED that that certain grant of
real property, made by grant deed executed by Robinhood Homes, Inc.
dated the 17th _day of February , 1978 , to the CITY OF
CHULA VISTA, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference
made a part hereof, the same as though ful y set forth herein be, and
the same is hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista as one foot
control Lot "W" within Robinhood Point Unit No. 4 Subdivision to
control access and adjacent development lying easterly of the sub-
division.
