HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1989-13918 RESOLUTION NO. 13918 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA AND RANCHO DEL REY PARTNERSHIP FOR THE LANDSCAPING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE EAST "H" STREET PARK IN RANCHO DEL REY AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that that certain agreement between THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA, a municipal corporation, and RANCHO DEL REY PARTNERSHIP, for the landscaping and maintenance of the East "H" Street Park in Rancho del Rey dated the 10th day of January , 1989, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby approved.9~r BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Chula Vista be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Chula Vista. Partnership Is the owner and developer of RanchoDel Rey, a multi-year, multi-phase planlied conunity located within City. B. The approval by City included the Public Facilities Plan and Financing Analysis for SPA 1 ('Facilities Plan').
