T. B. Penick and Sons Inc. has completed the construction of park
facilities for Mueller Neighborhood Park, Phase II, awarded by
City Council Resolution 8986 on January 24, 1978. Contract is
dated February 7, 1978.
All work has been completed to the satisfaction of the Director of
Public Work, and in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Steve Halsey, Consultant Architect, by his letter of July 14, 1978,
recommends acceptance of the project.
Directors of Parks and Community Development have reviewed the.
Mueller Neighborhood Park and .are satisfied with the work and rec.-
omrnend acceptance of the improvements.
This is a Block Grant Project.

Subject: Final inspection, Letter dated June 5, 1978
Dear Dewey:
As you requested and on your final inspection and acceptance
of the work performed by T.B. Penick and Sons, I concur with
your decision to finalize Phase II construction of Mueller
Park.
In reference to my letter dated June 5, 1978, if the City is
satisfied with the certificate of conformance received from
the suppliers of the wood poles used in construction of the
wood trellis, that the poles conform to the specifications, then
we will also accept it as proof of compliance.
