One of the conditions for the approval of Tentative Parcel Map No. 78-12
is for the owner to grant a 7.50 foot wide easement for Street Tree
Purposes along Second Avenue and future Las Flores Drive.
On June 23, 1978, Ms. Poletta Sue Hudson, property owner, granted the
easements for Street Trees to the City of Chula Vista.
A transparency is available for Council viewing.
