RESOLUTIOrJ OF THE CITY COUrJCIL OF THE CITY OF CIiULA VISTA ACCEPTING PUBLIC IIIPROVEI4ETITS - EDGEMERE AVENUE FROM I-54 FREEWAY TO "C" STREET The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: F]HEP.EASr the Division of Engineering of the City of Chula Vista has heretofore been notified that the contract work for the public improvements of Edgemere Avenue between I-54 and "C" Street has been completed in accordance with that certain contract agreement dated December 12, 1977, by and between the City of Chula Vista and contractors The Griffith Company, and 6']HEREAS, on the 24th day of July 1978, a final inspec- tion was made and all of the public improvements in the project have been completed to the satisfaction of the Director of Public []orks and in accordance with the requirements of the Cityo rJOG4, THEREFORE ; BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chula Vista that said improvements be, and they are hereby approved and accepted by said City, based upon the recommendations of the Director of Public [~Iorks, BE IT FURTHEP. RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the contractor` The Griffith Company.
