HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1989-15201 RESOLUTION NO. 15201 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ADOPTING CEQA FINDINGS AND STATEMENT OF OVERRIDING CONSIDERATIONS FOR EIR-86-4 EASTLAKE GREENS The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the California Environmental Quality Act requires that when a project could have significant environmental impacts, it shall not be approved by any public agency unless "CEQA Findings" and "Statement of Overriding Considerations" is adopted, and WHEREAS, the attached CEQA Findings and Statement of Overriding Considerations were prepared by ERC Environmental & Energey Services and the applicant' attorney, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission adopted the attached documents at its meeting of June 21, 1989.
