YORK FOR STREET TREE PURPOSES The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain grant of easement for street tree purposes executed by Eu ene H. York dated the 11th day of July , 7g a copy o w i~h is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista for street tree purposes. BE LT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and dig°ect.ed to record the document in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
