RESOLUTIOPI OF THE CITY COUPdCIL OF THE CITY OF CiiULA
VISTA ACCEPTING PUBLIC IPIPROVEiZENTS - SIDEWALK RAMPS
ON "E" STREET FROM GLOVER AVENUE TO THIRD AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEP.EASF the Division of Engineering of the City of Chula
Vista has heretofore been notified that the contract work for the
construction of sidewalk ramps on "F" 4tYPPi- }zAt~„rp~~ Ci] oyPr
Avenue an Third Avenue
has been completed in accordance with that certain contract agreement
dated May 10 1978, by and between the City of Chula Vista and
contractors H. L. Foster Construction Company
and
~'~IHEREA5, on the 19th day of rgay 1978, a final inspec-
tion was made and all of the public improvements in the project have
been completed to the satisfaction of the Director of Public tilorks
and in accordance with the requirements of the Cityo
PdOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Chula Vista that said improvements be, and they are hereby
approved and accepted by said City, based upon the recommendations
of the Director of Public [,lorks,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the
contractor, H. L. Foster Construction Company.
