(~l/ SUBMITTED BY Director of Public Works/City Engineer ~~,~ = I ITEM EXPLANATION (4/5TH'S VOTE REQUIRED YES NO x ) Robinhood Homes, Inc. has completed the public improvements for Robinhood Point Unit #2 Subdivision. The subdivision consists of 87 lots and is located east of Brandywine Avenue and south of Sequoia Street. The subdivision improvement agreement was approved by Council Resolution No.,8598 on April 26, 1977. A final inspection was made on April 28, 1978 and all work was found to be completed in accordance with City standards and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public ?forks.
