HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1978-9120RESOLUTION NO. ~1~0 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA APPROVING THE PRECISE PLAN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A 50 UNIT CONDOPQINIUM IN THE 1700 BLOCK OF MELROSE AVENUE IN THE C-N-P ZONE The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Chula Vista has heretofore received the recommendation of the Planning Commission, as contained in Resolution No. PCM-78-23, adopted on the 10th day of r4ay, 1978 setting forth the precise plan for the development of a 50 unit condominium in the 1700 block of P~elrose Avenue in the C-N-P zone, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Chula Vista has heretofore held a public hearing to consider said precise plan on June 6, 1978, and has taken testimony and heard evidence thereon, and WHEREAS, the Environmental Impact Report (EIR-78-12) covering this project has heretofore been certified by the City Council in connection with the approval of the tentative map for Vista de Otay. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby approve the precise plan for the development of a 50 unit condominium in the 1700 block of Melrose Avenue in the C-N-P zone in accordance with Resolution No. PCM-78-23 of the Chula Vista Planning Commission.
