On S ptembe 12, 1978, City Council held a public hearing to
cons'der th waiver of undergrounding requirements at 1045-1095 Bay
Boul yard. After hearing the staff and the attorney for the
appl'cant, he hearing was closed and it was unanimously carried
to h ve a r solution prepared for the deferral of undergrounding
the 2000 v It distribution lines of both Line "A" and "B". The
agre ment f r the deferral which has been executed by Mr. Jeremy
Berq of Inl nd Industries, Inc. is attached.
