comp nies h ve no objections to the vacation. The City of Chula
Vist has n need for use of the easement.

Subje t: Vacation of 10 foot easement south of Davidson Street
between Ash Avenue and Beech Avenue
At th meeting of September 13, 1978 the City Planning Commission
consi ered a request submitted by Ms. Marcia Haas, one of the property
owner of the multiple housing compound between Ash Avenue and Beech
Avenu south of Davidson Street, to vacate a 10 foot easement within
the p operty.
The C mmission found that it is appropriate to vacate the easement for
the f llowing reasons:
1, It will allow the full utilization of the lots by the
property owners.
The City of Chula Vista has no need of the easement for sewer
or storm drain purposes because the properties are served by
existing sewer mains on the streets and no storm drain need is
anticipated at this location.
The affected utility companies have no objections to vacating
the easement.
The Planning Commission therefore recommends that the 10 foot easement
as sh wn on the attached exhibit be vacated.
