loc tion, type and material of the private street lights shall be approved
by he Traffic Engineer.
f. Ins all on-site fire hydrants, the number and location to be determined by
the Fire Marshal.
g. The applicant shall file a copy of the CC&R's naming the City as a party
to aid declarations and authorizing the City to enforce same.

The tentativ subdivision map has been prepared and submitted to comply with the
