The dditio al right-of-way is 15 feet in width across the Christy ropert , which lies immediately west of Hilltop Drive. n Dece er 12, 1977, John W. Gardner, Jr. granted to the City of hula Vista an easement for street purposes for the additional fight-o -way for Flower Street.
