their c rrent annual costs of providing their own dispatch service. We have been advised
that Mo tgomery is experiencing an annual cost of about $29,000 through the use of
non-fir personn 1. Due to our inability to develop reliable criteria, we would suggest
an asse sment o $15,000 for the first year be considered, with the understanding that
we woul try to evelop a more rational basis for the charge for the second and subsequent
years a ter we h ve had some experience. We believe the annual rate in subsequent years
may be ased on orkload statistics once such data has been developed.
