RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA ORDERING THE VACATION OF HILLTOP DRIVE BETWEEN
"E" STREET AND FLOWER STREET
The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
follows:
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 8577, adopted on the 12th day
19, 1977, notice of intention to vacate and close a
Hilltop Drive between "E" Street and Flower Street in
f Chula Vista was given, and
WHEREAS, said vacation was contingent upon the completion
f two pa ed lanes of Flower Street from Hilltop Drive to "E" Street,
WHEREAS, Tuesday, the 7th day of June, 1977, at 7:00 p.m.,
n the Co ncil Chambers of the City of Chula Vista were fixed as
h time nd place for hearing any objections to such closing and
a ating, and the Council having heard all interested persons.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
y of C ula Vista that that certain portion of Hilltop Drive,
e part cularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by
s refe ence made a part hereof, the same as though fully set
th her in, be and the same is hereby vacated, effective upon
pletio of two paved lanes of Flower Street from Hilltop Drive
"E" St eet.
