ITEM EXPLANATION (4/5TH'S VOTE REQUIRED YES NO x )
Robinhood Homes, Inc. has completed the public improvements for Robin-
hood Point Unit No. 3 Subdivision. A final inspection was made on
October 24, 1978 and all work was found to be completed in accordance
with the improvement agreement approved by Council Resolution 8896
dated, November 22, 1977.
The City Engineer is satisfied with the work and recommends acceptance
of the improvements.
A transparency is available for Council viewing.
