RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA
VISTA ACKNOWLEDGING IRREVOCABLE OFFER TO DEDICATE
REAL PROPERTY FROM JOSEPH C. GIANTONIO AND JULIA
GIANTONIO

The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby
resolve as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Chula Vista that that certain Irrevocable Offer to
Dedicate Real Property made by Joseph C. and Julia Giantonio
executed on the 29th day of November 197,8, a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference
be, and the same is hereby acknowledged.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City
of Chula Vista be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to
record said Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Real Property in the
office of the San Diego County Recorder.

This Offer of Dedication is made pursuant to Section 7050 of the Government
Code of the State of California and may be accepted at any time by the City
Council of the City of Chula Vista.
This Offer of. Dedication may be terminated and the right to accept such
offer abandoned in the same manner as is prescribed for the vacation of
streets or highways by Part 3 of Division 9 or Chapter 2 of Division 2 of
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, whichever is applicable
Such termination and abandonment may be made by the City Council of the
City of Chula Vista.
This Offer of Dedication shall be irrevocable and shall be binding on the
Grantor(s) JOSEPH C. & JULIA GIANTONZO heirs, executors,
administrators, successors and assigns.
