HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1988-13850 1156 RESOLUTION NO. 13850 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHULA VISTA ACCEPTING GRANT DEED TO CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM BONITA RIDGE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR OPEN SPACE, PUBLIC UTILITIES AND OTHER PUBLIC USES The City Council of the City of Chula Vista does hereby resolve as follows: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain grant of real property, made by grant deed executed by BONITA RIDGE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY dated the 12th day of July , 1988 , to the CITY OF CHULA VISTA, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, the same as though fully set forth herein be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Chula Vista as a grant in ~ee for open space, public utilities and other public uses. '~ BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Chula ViSta be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to record said Grant Deed in the office of the San Diego County Recorder.
