HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgenda Statement 1979/08/28 Item 14CITY OF CHULA V1SIA COUNCIL AGENDA STATEMEiVT Item No. ~ 14 8/28/79 For meeting of ITEM TITLE Resolution ~7~d Approving Final Map - Chula Vista Tract No. 79-.11 (Palo Del Amo Condominiums) SUBMITTED BY City Engineer ITEM EXPLANATION (4/5TH'S VOTE REQUIRED YES NO x ) The Final Map for Chula Vista Tract No. 79-11 (Palo Del Amo Condominiums) has been checked by the Engineering Department and found to be in conformity with the Tentative Map approved by the City Council by Resolution No. 9438 on January 2, 1979. This map includes: easements with the right of ingress and egress for the construction and maintenance of drainage facilities and access; easements for street tree planting and maintenance along dedicated streets as shown on the map within the subdivision. Norman Starr, Christina Starr, Gary E. Fine, and Roberta Fine, owners of said subdivision, have submitted all required documents and have paid all fees except park fees and residential conversion tax fees with a total amount of $17 , 000.00 . An agreement with the City providing fo r these fees to be paid at a later date has been prepared by the City Attorney. That agreement has been submitted for approval by Council as a separate item on this agenda. Should it not be approved, payment of the the fees will not be provided for and it would be appropriate that this item be held over for consideration until such provision has been made. All necessary public improvements for the subdivision are existing . A microfilm is available for Council viewing.
