Approving Subdivision Improvement

(a) The Final Map for Chula Vista Tract No. 79-O1 (Melrose
Villas Condominiums) has been checked by the
Engineering Department and found to be in conformity
with the Tentative Map approved by the City Council by
Resolution No. 9302 on October 3, 1978. This map
includes the dedication of a portion of Otay Valley
Road. Also included are: easements for street tree
planting and maintenance along dedicated streets and
easements for construction and maintenance of drainage
facilities.
(b) American Building Arts, a California Corporation, has
paid all fees and submitted all required documents
except for the surety bonds in the total amount of
$272,920.00 which shall be posted within sixty (60)
days after the approval and acceptance of the Final
Map. This bond amount together with the subdivision
improvement agreement guarantee the installation of
public improvements within Chula Vista Tract No. 79-01
(Melrose Villas Condominiums). All public improvements
within Melrose Avenue are existing.
