Twr~ bids were received from Environmental Care, Inc. and Mazon L~a.ndscaping Co., Inc. in the following amounts: DISTRICT N0. Environmental Care is the apparent low bidder for Open Space District No. 4, with a bid of $11,701. The combined total for all districts is $58,593. ASSESSMENTS TABLE Based on the above maintenance costs, plus utilities and supplies, the following assess- ments will be required for fiscal year 1979-80: Continued on Supplemental Page No. 2 AK:mw tXH1Ii115 Agreement Resolution X Ordinance Plat Notification List Other ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENT: Attached Submitted on FINANCIAL IMPACT Adjustments to proposed fiscal year 1979-80 are required to reflect true contract amounts. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Accept bids and award contract for Open Space Districts No, 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 to Mazon Landscaping Co., Inc, and award contract for Open Space District No. 4 to Environmental Care, Inc.; adjust Open Space District funds budgets to reflect contract amounts; direct City Engineer to spread the required amounts in accordance with the respective Open Space Districts' assessment rolls.
