The listing of classifications provided on Attachment A covers positions which are
unrepresented due to their unclassified and confidential nature, or due to special
circumstances, including special CETA requirements.
The summary of salary recommendations includes a 62% increase, effective 7-13-79, and
a 3% increase, effective 1-11-80.
The fringe benefit plan conforms with the provisions contained in the tentatively agreed
upon MOU with the Chula Vista Employees Association. In addition to the benefits of
the MOU,.the unclassified positions are eligible to participate in the City's deferred
compensation plan. The benefit plan does not accrue to Library Inventory Assistant
nor Library Inventory Clerk as these 2 classifications were created for a specia l
project in the Library and are funded by CETA.
